02 — Tell Us What You Know
We then confirm your details and handle all coordination with cemetery staff as need—keeping you updated each step of the way.
03 — Confirmation
We’ll collect the name and location of your cemetery and additional information about your loved one and plot.
04 — Visit Scheduled & Completion
We will do the job as promptly as possible. Along the way, we provide a full inspection, and cleaning and/or treatment.
05 — Photo Report
Upon completion, the caretaker will provide photo documentation as part of a full report containing before/after photos and notes.
06 — Ongoing Care
Provided April through October, we highly recommend a maintenance plan for consistent results all season long.

Yes. We provide digital before-and-after photographs of the memorial and can send them to you via email so you can see the results of our work.
